I like checking the secrets early in the morning and then several hrs later.... it seems some of the best secrets get posted through out the day and not just once a day. Some of the best advice has come from the newest secrets listed throughout the day.
How I don't overindulge at the Holidays or parties:
The best Secret I can share is never go to a party or Holiday Dinner or restaurant super hungry! Eat a healthy snack, like an apple and a low fat string cheese/ piece of cheese or yogurt before going. This way you can enjoy yourself but say no to the high calorie dishes and desserts.
Some snack ideas: Have a few slices of rolled up turkey breast, eat a banana or apple, make a salad with low cal or fat free dressing, carrot sticks, or even a bowl of low cal/low fat vegetable soup.
