Get into a regular routine of cardio and weight training. After age 20 muscles, when not being used, will decrease in mass half a pound per year! Maximum bone density is achieved until age 30 where, without action may allow bones to lose mass as well.

When ever I feel hungry and it isn't time for a meal or snack, I drink a glass of water. Most of the time the water is actually what I needed not the food. If the water doesn't eliminate the hunger pangs, I'll eat a piece of fruit but the water usually works.
The Garage~KEEP IT CLEAN!~~By using Incentives!!!!!~~Part One
I'm trying something new this year in keeping my craft area[in the garage and-- the WHOLE garage-- ,for that matter!] that I used in successfully losing the weight on my wt. loss journey~incentives!!! This year it took 7 hours to organize the garage instead of two days like last year! And so to PRESERVE my PRECIOUS TIME with my FAMILY instead of cleaning the garage, I decided to do some incentives to KEEP IT CLEAN! The incentives start at 1 week,then 2wks,then 3 wks, a month,two months...
and each month thereafter. Each incentive is designed to benefit the whole family[granted some are FOOD,but it is the process--1st wk incentive - is making homemade ice cream together,2nd wk incentive- is get the jacuzzi up & running again,others include camping,biking,and going snowtubing again...
