When I'm craving I grab a chicken Bouillon cube and heat up a hot mug of water. It's like having chicken soup without the noodles and chicken. It's filling, comforting, and satisfying. It is made by dehydrating vegetables, meat stock, a very small portion of fat, salt and seasonings. Plus you get that extra water in there!!
I wouldn't recommend if you already have a large amount of salt in your diet though.
