Sesame seeds block the absorbtion of cholesterol in the intestine. Sesame seeds contain lignans that are good antioxidants that act against cancer by decreasing cell damage. Flax Seeds also lower cholesterol naturally. Spinkle some on veggies and salads/ Sesame seeds are high in calories so eat in moderation.
