I was stuck at the same weight for 4 months while remaining pretty consistent with my plan. I finally consulted a nutritionist at my fitness center. She measured my metabolism and gave me a plan to lose weight fast or faster. I chose fast and have begun to shed pounds again. Her diagnosis: fewer fat calories as a percentage of daily calories, and a total reduction of 100 calories/day overall.
I have also consulted a personal fitness trainer from time to time to tweak my exercise routine - to isolate certain muscle groups, for instance. There are great professionals out there to help us. Use them to get past that plateau!
