Mushrooms have a great way of absorbing the oils whilst they cook meaning you add more! I have found that by boling them instead they not only keep their shape but there is no oil. If you want that just fried taste then after boling remove dry and add to a hot pan with oil as they are full off water they will absorb very little if not any oil.

I never eat past 7pm at night, it drives my family crazy, but it is a mental thing with me..and seems to help me not to over eat in the evening. I go to bed sometimes thinking I'm starving, but when I wake up in the morning I feel so much better!!
