Are you having a hard time visualizing the weight you've lost? Take a picture! Go back to your archives of you-before-you-started and find a picture of you wearing something you still own. Now go and put it on....remember how it used to feel on you? Even though you may not have reached your ultimate goal weight yet, you're bound to feel and see some differences at even ten pounds down! Take a photo and get to photoshop - crop the pictures side-by-side, and congratulate yourself for your success!
