Start The Day With A Glass Of Water As The First Thing....

I have found that when I start the day with a glass of water FIRST thing in the morning BEFORE I eat or drink anything else, I tend to eat LESS and I eat MORE healthy foods for that day plus I am MORE LIKELY to get in my 8 glasses of water a day !!!

    I do this also. Plus I'm currently on BP meds, so I incorporate that glass with my a.m. meds. Works really well -- also do this with my p.m. meds -- to date I haven't missed a day of my meds.

    I do this too. It helps me get my 8 in a day also.
