Each day I get more and more steps and yesterday 15,725 with little effort and 11.81 miles. I walked 3 times and tried for 30 minutes and sometimes more. Miles 100 minutes 7.28 miles. If I am standing I am walking, waiting for tea, cooking, every hour at least 10 minutes. It gets to be a game to see how many I can get and how many miles. By next week I hope to be to 10 miles. I am working on the time and adding 10 minutes more every couple of times I walk. Have fun walk in the sun or at night.
