Just in the last couple of weeks, I realized what a great feature the mileage tracker on the fitness page is. I have had it turned off, but with the 5k training program, turned it on. Before, I would calculate my miles per hour when logging my walking and such. The mileage tracker does it automatically for you. So much faster and easier!!! I LOVE it!!! It also accumulates your mileage for you so you can see what you have actually done besides the calories burned.

I walk every day and track my mileage on the fitness tracker. I noticed today that's I'd walked a total of 90 miles so far in 2012! So I used the map function to see where i might have ended up if I'd done it as one walk! I live in central New Jersey and I'm well on my way to my favorite shore vacation spot! It's a little incentive to keep adding mileage and fun to see just how far (literally) I've come.
