Take a bottle water and calculate how many of that bottle you need to drink in a day. Add rubber bands around the bottle in the morning and take one off for each bottle you drink. Once all the rubber bands are off, you finished your water for the day !

I was finding that my water was getting warmer while out walking on warm summer days. A trick that I've been using is this; fill your water bottle only half full, lay it on it's side in the freezer until completely frozen. Then add room temperature water to it to fill the bottle. This solves the problem of how to get "ice" into our water bottles, & it stays cold through my entire walk, & then some!!274
Drinking 500ml bottle of water between meals has been the best weight loss trick for me. My skin looks great, I drink more then the recommended 2L a day, but best of all, I appreciate the meal times more, no more mindless snacking for me! It's a simple rule, but it works. Breakfast, Bottle, Snack, Bottle, Lunch, Bottle, Snack, Bottle and Dinner, I eat every 3 hours, which give me 3 hours to get through each bottle.
