Instead of driving to the train station for my morning commute, I walk the almost five miles. I find that when I am at the gym I tend to slow down/get distracted or make excuses to cut the time. This way I have no choice. I HAVE to get to the train and I have to be on time. It works for me...and it also starts me out better...fresh air seems to make any day better. (saving money by not running my car is also a plus!)
I have my work clothes, wet naps etc in my backpack....change when I get to the station. I also have a couple 'glow sticks' as I walk.
