I have a jar that I keep in the freezer that has a healthy mix of wheat germ, ground and whole flax seed and sesame seeds. I sprinkle some of this mix into my cereal, salads and right now, some cabbage roll casserole. Anytime I can actually cook the seeds in, all the better as it helps to soften the seeds for better digestion. :-D
A great and easy way to boost fiber plus the nutrients found within these foods!
