When I miss a morning of excercise and that day turns into a week and then a month (or more!), it is so hard to get back to the gym! Setting the alarm doesn't work. I just feel so tired. So what I do is I sleep in my work out clothes and pack my bag for work and get my work clothes all ironed and ready for the next day. Then when the alarm goes off, all I have to do it grab my car keys and go.
