When writing a blog, I wait to title it until after it is written. That allows me to make sure my title summarizes the blog appropriately. This way while writing the blog I can be more open rather than just writing about the topic I started with.

Blogging and Huddling
Every day, I adopt one of the motivational quotes that come across my desk and post it as my blog, sometimes adding pithy and appropriate comments. I then make a synopsis of the blog for the title and post the title in the huddle of each of my spark teams. This way, I am reminded of the motivational statement each time I post a huddle comment.41
Recently I wrote myself a letter - - a letter from my "future" self -- 'me' in two years time. I wrote to encourage my present self, explaining how I'd reached goal weight and maintained it! I answered questions I've pondered about certain issues along the way, and told myself how good it feels, no, how great it feels to be at goal weight. It's amazing! It's like I've already read the last chapter in the best book ever, in a fantastic series titled "Sparked For The Rest Of My Life."

You can read the letter in my blog, titled, "Dear Me." It's like a self-fulfilling prophecy, because I know I make it, and that means I must be making great decisions now. My "future" self said I broke my candy addiction. Wondered how, I started researching some facts, and now it's happening!
I am not a very active person. Borrowed Playaway Ztrainer audio book from my local library. It is a 6 week interval training program that is like having your own personal trainer with you while you walk. I have walked 3 days this week using this as my motivation. Loving it!!
