after grocery shopping, it takes longer but is worth it. I bag all of my fruits up in proper proportion sizes in snack bags and put in fridge, along with any multi grain crackers or whatever healthy snacks i have..I put on the bag the calorie count, so when I am hungry, all i have to do is grab a bag and snack healthy..3
