New Exercise For Me



A person at my fitness club was doing walking lunges on the treadmill. She was in great shape with really toned legs. I asked what else she does for exercise. She stretches, rides her bicycle intermittently, she replied that the walking lunges on the treadmill made a huge difference. You can hold on to the cardio grip or side rails, speed is at .8 - .10.Stated she does 1000 lunges a week!!!OMG. I started Sunday, and did 35 lunges followed by 1 minute of walking for 10 min. Yikes.will update.

More Information:

Sunday,Thursday and Saturday did the walking lunges. My soreness is almost gone, but feel stronger. Have to have good knees to do this.Will commit to this min.of 2xweek.
