Went to the grocery store and talked to the owner about the way they are packing the fresh fruits because the fruits are molding & rotting. People are eating the grapes so they tie the bag tight but the fruit can't breathe & gets crushed. I told him I won't buy it if they do that and I buy a lot of it in fruits and veggies every week but I can't take a loss in my food. He said bring it back but I am not in town every day so the food would be real bad by the time i do that. Never a dull moment.

Rosie O'Donnell recently began eating better, because she has had some health issues and realized how destructive her eating was in the long run. She looks at every piece of food before she eats and thinks "Will this kill me?" or "Will this prolong my life?" I know that there are no "good" or "bad" foods, but anyone can see that an extra large fast food hamburger with cheese is worse for you than a salad. Anyway, it helps remind me eat healthfully and mindfully.
