I always experience a food craving after lunch. To keep myself busy and tasty,I make myself a cup of tea or coffee. When I have coffee I add a stevia sweetener and semi-skimmed milk. It saves me calories and I feel satisfied.
I usually add a tiny little pinch of cinnamon in my coffee. It tastes amazingly and cinnamon has a lot of benefits for our bodies.
I have to have my morning cup of coffee every day, so here is how I make it work for me. I add one serving of EAS light protein powder (found at Target) into my coffee with 2 packets of Stevia. The protein powder adds 100 calories, but with 15 grams of protein it helps keep me full for a long time and cuts down on how much sweetener I need to add. Depending on what flavor you get, it's an easy and healthier way of getting that vanilla latte or chocolate mocha taste every morning.
