Because life gets busy and I have missed out work-outs in the past, I have completed an extra work-out on a day of rest. Now I have this "back-up" work-out, and since haven't missed a day. I also try to complete my exercises or walking before early evening, since that is often the time I feel most tired and am most at risk for skipping my work-out.
I know that my body is "reved up" due to the kick-start of working out and I am getting the extra benefit of my metabolism burning more calories.

    That is a pretty good piece of advise. emoticon But I try to do walking or running in the morning because I know that the next chance I will have is in evening when I am sooo not into working out. And when the evening comes and I feel like doing something, I do aerobics. Pretty easy and make you feel good about yourself! emoticon
