okay-- i found this great site called blogilates-- pilates (by pilates instructor cassey ho-- she is so fun & inspiring) on her blog; you can also find her on youtube (pop pilates) and facebook (blogilates)- what i like is that she talkes you through the worrkouts-- & boy can you fell the burn--she has a list of different workouts you can do (from arms, legs, abs- fully body workouts)--- i've done the muffin top meltdown one & i swear i'm seeing results-
