Swing some kettlebells...there is nothing else like it. It's fun and you burn way more calories in a short amount of time than most cardio. Most gyms have them or you can buy them on-line...they aren't that expensive....I'm telling you...it's the best!!!!!

I started kettlebells a few months ago and oh what a difference! I recommend the Iron Core series but there are other DVDs and instructors out there. Start with a light weight to avoid injury while learning proper technique. A good kettlebell workout can burn 900 calories in just 45 minutes!
