The power is OUT! Flashlights dim? Candles too dangerous with kids/pets? No batteries left in the store? Try the little individual solar lights designed for outdoors. I bought some at a discount store for cheap. I keep a few on my sunny fencepost...they stay clean and within easy reach to bring inside for great indoor lighting in an emergency or any day to save electricity and use the sun's free energy. BONUS: Our old dog needs a night light, this kept us safe & worry free.

I just love the scent and practicality of Yankee Candles! When you live in Vermont...a power outage prone area due to all the snow storms...you just must keep a supply of Yankee Candles on hand...they are beautiful and they smell wonderful....they give any room they are in a special glow...they are currently having their big after Christmas sale...and to all those that are low on candles it is a perfect opportunity to stock up! I highly recommend them!334
I have recently discovered the power of my self will in helping me stick to my planned fitness and nutritional goals for the day. In the morning when I reach out to snooze my workout alarm, I tell myself that I have rested for the night and that it's time to get moving. During the day when I am tempted by extra snacks I tell myself to stick to the planned snacks and nutrition for the day, otherwise that hour of exercise in the morning would have been wasted. 224
