Cucumbers provide us with valuable antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer benefits. Add diced cucumber to tuna fish or chicken salad recipes or dip into hummus. Remove seeds to prevent gas.

    i didn't realize. i love throwing cukes and sour cream into a food processor for a sort of "greek" dressing. I also will put several thin slices into my water bottle which gets re-filled as the day/night goes on. thanks for the heads up!
