I hate plain water, but love to flavor it with different kinds of generic flavors I find at Wal-Mart. Each box has 10 packs in it, and only costs about $1.80 per box. I keep a stash in my purse so that when I go out to eat, I just order a water and add my own flavor to it. I'm not tempted to drink soda. Saves money and calories!

In order to get 8 glasses a day I add a few slices of apple or cucumber or sprigs of mint to my water. It helps to keep me interested in the water instead of getting bored of the taste. I also drink it through a straw which helps me drink more, faster without realizing. Get lemon wedges at restaurants instead of soda or iced tea and avoid the packets of flavor since there is a lot of added sugar. Keep it natural and experiment!
You can flavor water with pretty much anything - melon, any citrus (I love limes) just get creative for a subtle flavor!
Premeasure your water in a container that you can carry with you every where you go, and drink from that jug until you have consumed all of your daily water. If you dont like the flavor of water, add in some sugar free drink mix (my favorite is cherry, or the blueberry acia berry energy mix) I love the flavor, so I have no problem drinking it! 91
I have 2 jugs that hold 78oz each, they have a handle, and are easy to carry around, each time I need a drink, I pour a glass from my jug. I know that when I have finished them both, I have consumed enough water for the day.
