I found a free exercise app for my Droid called Endomondo. It's so easy you just click Start or Stop. It tracks your route on a map, gives you the exact mileage, tells you how long you've been walking, and estimates calories for you. It also automatically pauses when you stop walking. Then you just look at your phone and enter your exercise on sparkpeople!
