In my Fitness Class everyone tackles each other for the back row. It's like they feel like no one can see them if they're in the very back. I used to be like this when I realized that I don't care who sees me exercising. Yeah I may make funny faces and sweat like crazy, but that's what you're there for right? Try and Face Your Fears, jump up in the front row like I did and make things happen!

I live a conscious life in this weight loss journey. For example, I consciously eat only when am hungry, I am conscious of my calories, I deliberately workout on scheduled days, I am alive to my body to be sure I look better each day. I deliberately face my fears and exalt my strength.
Nothing is more DEmotivating than being bored in life. Face your fears and try something you never thought you could do. Just TRY it and you will see it wasn't so hard after all. It might just become a new passion that keeps you going! If it doesn't work out but at least you aren't afraid anymore.
I have found that I get tons of enjoyment out of stretching myself a bit in areas that intimidate me. I give myself permission to fail and it might not always work out, but at least now I know... and can be proud of myself for being up to the challenge!
It's not just exercise - it's a personal victory! Last year, although I hadn't worked out in years, had never rollerbladed, I committed to a 26.8 mile rollerblade marathon in September with my (then) boyfriend and his friends. I was terrified! Hills scared me! I didn't think I could do it! 24
But, I did it! Did I have record time? No. Did it matter? Absolutely not! I faced my fears, and was flying high for months! This year, my goal is to do hills at nearby metroparks by myself, and to beat my time, by myself, at the marathon - keep celebrating your goals! 306
