People ask me how I get 10,000 or more so I will let you know. During the day I just go about my business but I have my pedometer on. Even when I get up at night I put it on because each time adds 90 steps so by the morning I have 5 to 600. Each hour I try to walk at lease 10 to 15 minutes extra and that can be 5 t0 1000 steps. When I am close to 500 or 1000 I will walk to get there. Then I walk 30 to 60 minutes to get 4 to 6000 steps. Highest 14,427, want to get to 16,000. Walk on and smile.
