2 tsp of the Kraft is only 30 Calories. No carbs, less than 1 gram of sugar, and no cholesterol. I love this on a turkey sandwich because it gives a little tang. Use sparingly as it does contain high fructose corn syrup but I still think it's better than mayo with a lot less calories
I don't want to be the cheapo old witch of the neighborhood, but I also don't want Halloween candy in my house, before, during, or after the little zombies make their rounds. What to do?
