I am looking at food differently, I see food as fuel that my body needs to remain-or get-healthy. I eat natural or organic in the foods that matter most (are the most contaminated), and I track my food daily on SparkPeople. I also exercise regularly (SparkPeople picks my Strength Training. I also found meditation and yoga to be a HUGE help.

    hi i too am trying to see food as fuel as it helps with my medical conditions too. ive pcos and an uneractive thyroid and now need iron too. all great fo not being able to lose weight easily. i have lost nearly 5 stones over two years and want to lose this last stone im 11/11 now and would love to be 10/10 healthy and happy too! fuel is a better way to see food as it can make you well. im watching a programme on channel 4 8pm tuesdays the food hospital to help you to eat the best food for your condition and not need meds or at least less of them!
