Freeze dark or any kind of decadent chocolate you like. I find that if I let the bag just sit in my cupboard I am more apt to just grab piece after piece until I've binged big time. Freezing it not only keeps you from overindulging, but letting it melt slowly in your mouth helps you feel satisfied with less.
My favorite chocolate is Lindt's 70-80% cacao dark chocolate.

Put frozen strawberries in a bowl, and sprinkle with sugar substitute (I use Splenda), mix them them around in bowl until sugar substitute dissolves on strawberries, then lightly drizzle with chocolate syrup..... Delicious and a light snack! 211
I received a Yonanas for Christmas and I must say I am pleasantly surprised as I am always skeptical with "As seen on TV". I just put the frozen bananas in with a little chocolate chips and out came a banana chocolate mixture with the consistency of ice cream. A guilt free frozen healthy snack in minutes! It comes with a recipe booklet next time its mango, pineapple banana! Yum!
