Can see Big difference in toning, strength and endurance.

I've added pilates, core and strength training to my weekly exercise program and it really helps. I haven't seen weight lose yet, but I see less flab, more strength and endurance. And best of all, my clothes fit better and I look slimmer. emoticon

    My back is always sore in the morning when I wake up, I am thinking some Pilates may help this...
