I can't seem to get myself motivated enough to do serious exercise as soon as I wake up in the a.m., but I've discovered that I can do my 10 Minute Trainer yoga dvd in my pj's! I put the dvd in before I go to sleep at night so all I have to do is jump up and get to it! It's only 10 minutes but it gives me SO much energy AND influences my eating habits all day.

Working nights and getting home late, I sometimes find it hard to sleep. I've taken to putting my yoga mat out next to my bed before I go to work. When I get home, instead of sitting on the couch watching TV until I'm tired enough to sleep, I get in a quick yoga session. Stretches me out, relaxes me after a long night, and gets me ready to sleep.
