If I put exercise in my schedule as a MUST, then fit everything else arould it. A BIG ROCK is very difficult to move. If I don't do this, it always gets pushed out of the way.

    I find this tagging trick very, very clever......if I don't expect something to "give" then I am much less likely to try to kick it out of the way. "My spinning is a rock!"....I can use this for sure! .......that is really helpful!! Thank you so much for sharing this success strategy ! I can do this!
