We have three checking accounts with Citizen's bank for free by utilizing multiple withdraws to another bank savings account. We utilize ING Direct for a savings account. Signing up for GreenSense through Citizen's we get 10 cents per transaction that is not a check. We make about $20/month by doing what we already do! Divide withdraws or payments up into smaller amounts to get more money/month!

Do What You're Going To Say & Say What You're Going To Do - Integrity Is Key!
It's easy to forget that our personal integrity, our word, is so very important. If you say you're going to do something & someone is counting on you, come through, not just for that person, but for your own personal standard of behavior. Raise the bar, strive to be better, don't take the easy way.
Do the right thing in life. It isn't about looking out for #1, don't be an ass, looking for the best angle, the best outcome for just you. Be a citizen of the world, we are all connected and should treat each other with respect. If you win, I win, too. We can cheer each other on. Go TEAM!

My local community college offers free credited classes to senior citizens, as long as a class is not filled. They don't even charge a registration fee. One can audit a class for no credit or opt to earn credit. As a bonus, one can get student discounts some places if you are enrolled & have an ID card. In my community, continuing education (non-credited) classes are not included in this free deal... (click title for more info)
... But it pays to ask because different areas do this differently. Some areas consider seniors to be 62+, others 65. A 70-yr-old woman in the last class I took was ready to earn a graphic-design degree & had not paid a cent in tuition, paid only for books and supplies.
