I try to see how many steps I can get. Today I wasn't sure if I was going to get my 10,000 because I was to be away. I didn't go and I wasn't feeling good. In the afternoon. I just started walking to do my miles and I did 4.23 in 42 minutes. That was a little slow today but later tonight I looked and I almost had 11,000 so I walked and then I was almost 12,000 so I walked more just 10 minutes at a time. Well when I was done I had 13,241. Just watch your pedometer and try to get to the next #.

    I do that, too. My pedometer is my secret fitness tool!
