I know there are times after working all day, the last thing you want to do is go to the gym. I find by scheduling the time in advance, i'm more likely to stick with it. I also tend to look at it as another "job". And if u call in too much, you're likely to get into trouble!! LOL!

Going Out to Eat - Being Aware is being Prepared for Success!
If I am going out to eat for lunch or dinner, I pull up the restaurant online first to review the menu and nutrition values. If it is not online, I arrive 10 minutes earlier than my lunch appt and ask for the nutritional sheet (they are required to have one available) and make my decision before my friends arrive.
If my friends ask me why I am asking for this nutrition sheet...that is a great time to share with them the SparkPeople website and how much it has helped me be more aware of my daily intake and desire to get to where I want to be health wise. Thank you SparkPeople!!!
I plan out everything I do, chores, homework, workout, cooking and so on, including what I'm going to eat. I do better when I know what I'm supposed to be doing. I right out the week every Sunday, tape in appt. cards, work everything around work and don't be so strickt I don't leave time for friends.
It helps to color in your time slots, makes it easier to read in a hurry
