I am not a breakfast eater, at least I was'nt, until now. I found a way to control my chocolate cravings and have breakfast without feeling yucky. I went and bought some special K meal bars. Double Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter. This gives me my chocolate and vitamins the body needs, especially fiber. They taste great!!
I also drink the protein shakes from slim fast for lunch. More vitamins and chocolate.

Instead of telling myself that I CAN'T have chocolate or a piece of candy every now and then, I've started buying a package of the Sugar-Free Chocolates. They are individually wrapped, often times are dark chocolate, and there's not very many in the package. I know that they are there when I get a craving and they are so good. I have also had the Skinny Cow candies. It's just a sweet treat while maintaining portion control and I feel satisfied afterwards.
I have been a chocoholic all of my life. So, in the past, when going on binges, chocolate was my drug of choice; a bad choice because I couldn't control myself. Now, when I get a craving for chocolate, I add a couple of semi-sweet chocolate chips to a meal or desert and that takes care of it.494
The British Journal of Nutrition found those who ate peanut butter for breakfast had a smaller rise in blood sugar than a control group not given the PB. They said...PB reduces blood sugar jumps by slowing the bod's absorption of carbs. Portion control is the key. It is heart healthy and does not have artery clogging fats. Enjoy A slater on apple slices for breackfast..try Skippy's new Dark Chocolate PB for a treat....go for it.
