Drinking Enough Water

I never drink enough water, so lately, along with the bottle I take with me when I jog, I have been trying to drink a bottle on my way to work before I have my breakfast. That way I start the day hydrated, even if I don't stay that way. I find I don't get hungry as much either.

    I am totally agree with the drinking enough water. It has been helping me lost 4 lbs this week. emoticon
