Dr William Davis says...People who say goodbye to wheat lose a pound a day for the first 10 days. Wheat is in nearly everything so it means a return to real food from the produce aisle, fish &meat department, nuts, eggs, olives, & oils. People who are wheat-free consume, on average, 400 calories less per day. I am going to try this.
