My first walk was 10 minutes around the block. I was exhausted. I could have quit but I went out "tomorrow," and the next day. Then I ran. A 5k, 10k, duathlon, triathlon, half marathon. Now training for a marathon and my max distance is 18.46 miles.

Mushrooms have a great way of absorbing the oils whilst they cook meaning you add more! I have found that by boling them instead they not only keep their shape but there is no oil. If you want that just fried taste then after boling remove dry and add to a hot pan with oil as they are full off water they will absorb very little if not any oil.
