I have been trying to cut back on added sugar which hampers my ice-cream options. What I do now is mix 1/2 cup Breyer's no sugar added Vanilla ice cream with 1/2 cup of frozen fruits and a tbsp of wheat germ. I mix with a spoon, and I enjoy a sorbet-like treat.
e.g., with frozen strawberries: Total Calories: 141 Fat: 5 Carbs: 25 Protein: 4

Sometimes I put the fruits in water for 1-2 minutes to thaw out a bit. It mixes well.

I discovered that Trader Joe's has two frozen delights under 100 calories that are really tasty. Mango & Cream (60) and Coffee Latte& Cream (90). They are small popsicles without the sticks. There are 8 to a box. Be prepared for a mouthful of happiness!250224
