I use two or (even three) low carb flaxseed bread pieces (lightly toast so they don't get soggy) Put 2 tea spoons of pizza sauce (I like chef boyrdee) but any will work. top with fat free mozzarella cheese and Turkey pepperoni. Better than what we got in school in the "old days" on a bun.

A few people that I know have found that temptation makes losing weight soooo much harder. I have a deep love of junk food, I've learned to substitute healthier choices for my regular junk foods and help keep me on track.
ex: doughnuts-- buy a doughnut pan and make muffins or cupcakes or find a low cal BAKED doughnut recipe pizza-- when the family goes out & grabs pizza I have a lean cuisine DELUXE french bread waiting in the fridge ice cream-- frozen yogurt
