Combine your handweights in different combinations to expand your options. I started with 2 lb, 3 lb, and 5 lb weights (I have since added 10 lb). That gave me 7 lb, 8 lb, and 10 lb combinations - with the ten lb I have even more!

I just completed weight watchers..........so I am combining weight watchers plus points and Sparks I note all my food intake on sparks and count the points. So the free fruit and veggies on WW .... I will eat until I make the Sparks calorie goals.......works well together. I note my WW points in the note section at the end of each day. 252

I have found that combining weights with my cardio helps me shed pounds effortlessly. I use The Firm weight exercise videos and their calendar. I drop inches and pounds without thinking too hard about it.
I have literally searched for YEARS to find a salad dressing that I like and that is low in calories and preservative-free. I finally found one and thought I'd share. It's super easy. 1T dijon mustard, 2T honey, 3T cider vinegar. It's the best honey mustard vinaigrette I've ever tasted. No preservatives and no after taste! Would work great as a marinade as well. It only has 25 calories per tablespoon. Enjoy!
