Healthier Pizza




I love trying new things, everyday, or else I get bored. I had to start creating my own recipes for healthier, newer dishes. So I tried this:
1 tortialla shell
1 Tbs BBQ sauce (or light salad dressing)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 C. Chicken
Handful of Spinach
Dash of Favorite Type of Cheese
(you can choose-mix and match new veggies every time you make it) Cook at 350 for 8 mins.
Before eating any meal, I always choose to drink a glass of milk, so I'm more likely to eat less.

More Information:

I use the toritalla shell as the crust, then layer the rest of the ingredients on top. I cook the chicken in a pan in olive oil. You can mix and match veggies every time you make it If you have left over chicken, you can make a chicken wrap with the ingredients above with light mustard the next day
