This year my birthday fell on Easter! I carefully planned my "treats" as well as enjoyed my meal with family and friends! I'm at the lowest weight in 30 years! I really enjoyed my celebration of the Risen Lord and my life! I felt renewed!

If you're a runner and have been racing (or if you've never raced), try some of the novelty runs they have now. Mud runs, color runs, and electric runs all give you a chance to run just for fun, but still have the community and celebration that racing provides.
When motivation fails discipline steps in to take it's place. Keep a journal, keep a focus. You are not going to wake up every day cheery and ready to go. We are human,we get cranky. Keep a regimen, keep a routine, keep a journal. Celebrations will come soon and the motivation will return.
