We all have bad days and bad moods, but I truly believe that we can choose our reaction and, in so doing, direct our emotions. We can choose to brood and stay in our funk. Or we can find something positive to focus on and improve our mood.
Sometimes we fall off track & lose our direction. The most important thing is how we respond to it. Reaction is more important than any action. Our reaction is the most important step than the initial action. For example, we can make a simple mistake at times because it happens unconsciously. But recognizing our mistakes & how we REACT to it is what decides our future. Reaction is a second chance to ACT!! So don't put your head down, move forward & respond with a better REACTION!!
