Not Enough Sleep= Overeating!




When I stay up late, I snack to 'keep going'. Then I do it again the next day because I'm sleepy. You can't snack too much if you're asleep, and the next day you won't need the extra food.

  • I too have fallen into the cycle, and I am so trying to get out of it! My family has realized that if I don't get enough sleep, they pay for it, so when I say I need a nap, they are delighted to let me sleep! emoticon - by MRSJARI
