We cannot sit around, we need to push on no matter what. Yes we have days we feel terrible and can't go but even just walking around the inside of the house 5 minutes at a time helps. When you walk pick your legs up, move your arms like your pitching a ball anything. On good days do everything you can too make yourself healthy. Age means nothing you need to be active no matter how old you are. As you get older it is more important to move because we will get stiff and sickly if we don't. Smile

Invest in a pedometor. I find myself looking at mine several times a day, most of the time being excited and not believing how far I have walk. I always push myself to end the day with more steps then yesterday.
I have started to use a pedometer. I am a teacher and I am having my students track my progress by charting my data, my daily amount of steps. I am always pushing them to improve, so now I have to set an example and improve as well.
