8 glasses of water seems daunting at the best of times and I often look at the water tracker throughout the day and think; DAMN, ONLY 4 GLASSES?? COULD HAVE SWORN I DRANK MORE!!??
To overcome this issue, every night before I head to bed I fill up two 750ml bottles and put them in the fridge. That way throughout the day I can just be sipping at them instead of drinking a whole glass at once and before I know it the whole 2 bottles are gone!

I'm one of those people who have trouble getting the recommended 8 glasses of water a day, so before I eat anything I drink a glass, this helps me to fill up a bit before eating, so I don't over indulge, and anytime I feel like snacking I drink more water. This tip can be used for anything you like, ie: while you cook, before cleaning, after cleaning, any activity you do, begin it with a glass of water.194
