8 glasses of water seems daunting at the best of times and I often look at the water tracker throughout the day and think;
DAMN, ONLY 4 GLASSES?? COULD HAVE SWORN I DRANK MORE!!??
To overcome this issue, every night before I head to bed I fill up two 750ml bottles and put them in the fridge. That way throughout the day I can just be sipping at them instead of drinking a whole glass at once and before I know it the whole 2 bottles are gone!
mind over matter but works a treat for me in order to get my 8 glasses of water a day!
