Be Totally Honest When Tracking




Be totally honest when tracking your food. Weight out/Measure your food - don't think you are fooling your body, just because you enter lesser amounts on the nutritional tracking. Your body knows what you eat and what you exercise.

  • I totally agree!!! Sometimes, it can be surprising how much you are actually eating! When I don't weigh my meat, I can find that I put 5 or 6 oz of meat on my plate, but I think it's only 3.... Makes a big difference in my tracking! - by LALAFLOWERS
